menu
In our innovative concept, the seasonally changing menus are based on themes from the world of music, art or film.
Each dish is given its own name, which is linked to the theme and tells its own story - which can be read in detail in the attached program booklet.
The ever-changing themes open up a new approach to food each time, making each menu a very individual and unique journey, always carried by our very own Asian aromas, which guide you through the menus as a culinary leitmotif.

The film adaptation of Mario Puzo's novel of the same name, "The Godfather," is not only considered a masterpiece and co-founder of the New Hollywood era, but is still considered one of the best films of all time - just like the sequel two years later.
In addition to the outstanding acting performances, the atmospheric film music by Nino Rota and the impressive camera work by Gordon Willis, the film was also groundbreaking for its time in terms of content.
Since the beginning of film history, the gangster film has been the most important and most American genre type alongside the Western, but up until that point it was mainly Americans or immigrants from other countries (especially Irish) who played the gangsters. With "The Godfather" the Italian-Americans are now the focus for the first time. And in contrast to classics such as "Public Enemy", "The Roaring Twenties" or "Little Caesar", the gangster does not get his just punishment at the end, but the Corleone family actually ends the film as victors with many murders and even more power.
This breaking of all previously valid rules of morality and convention in the film should inspire us to also break the tradition of Italian cuisine with a fusion from Asia.
And although the Italians' love of food plays just as big a role in "The Godfather" as it does in real life, the cuisine of Italian-Americans has, to a large extent, little in common with that of the original Italians (the famous "meatballs", for example, are a relatively new invention of Italian-Americans).

Wine & Cocktails
For our wine list, we work with a few carefully selected winemakers. In addition to quality, sustainability and expression, what is important to us is the right complement to the aromas of our dishes. You can either have your menu accompanied by the matching wines, enjoy individual wines by the glass or choose the right tipple from our selected bottled wines.
